  • Drylands Brewery has opened a second location at Zia Park Racetrack & Casino.  The ribbon-cutting ceremony was held on September 16.
  • Martin Boot is currently constructing its second location in Hobbs (Joe Harvey Blvd), and should be open in early May.
  • Hilton Home2 is nearing completion and should be open in March.
  • Space Jump Trampoline Park is under construction and should be open by the end of March.
  • Hobbs Junction retail center is under construction and should be open by spring 2023.  
  • HTeaO has purchased a pad site Grimes across from Burger King, and should break ground soon.
  • La Esperanza Meat Market is expanding to a location in North Hobbs (Navajo).
  • Parkside Strip Center (2) has broken ground on its N. Grimes location.
  • Entertainment venue to be located in Hobbs in 2023 (N. Grimes).
