Over the last 10 years, Lea County has added hundreds of homes and apartments to create affordable and available housing for residents, whether temporary or permanent.
As the largest city, Hobbs, NM has over 2,000 apartment units and several new housing developments. The City of Hobbs also offers builder incentives for housing projects. Other cities in Lea County including Lovington, Eunice, and Jal are also focused on adding more housing including apartments and single-family homes.
